These Terms govern your use of sunmariner.com and purchases from Mazzucato Design Limited. By accessing this Site, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & Acceptance

A contract is formed only when you receive an order confirmation email and payment is processed. We may cancel orders due to fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability. Canceled orders receive full refunds.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR (Euro). Shopify will automatically convert prices to your local currency at checkout based on current exchange rates.

All prices include applicable taxes (VAT, GST, or local sales tax as required by your jurisdiction).

Prices do not include import duties or customs clearance fees (where applicable). International customers may be responsible for import duties or customs fees imposed by their local authorities upon delivery. These charges are separate from your order total and are collected by the shipping carrier or customs authority.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Product Warranty

All Sunmariner watches have a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Contact info@mazzucatodesign.com with proof of purchase for warranty claims.

Governing Law
