We want you to love your Sunmariner. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mazzucatodesign.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be authorized before being sent back.

For EU Customers

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law, in addition to our 30-day return policy. This right begins on the day you receive your order.

Return Condition

To be eligible for a refund, the watch must be in unworn, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, protective films, booklets, and accessories included. The item must show no signs of wear, resizing, adjustment, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Numbered limited edition pieces (such as the first 300 Sunmariner units) are non-returnable once delivered, as each piece is uniquely numbered and cannot be resold as new. This exclusion does not apply if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Customized or engraved watches are final sale.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees. If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund of the product price.
