Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Sunmariner by Torque1965 (part of Mazzucato Design Limited). Below you will find important information regarding order processing, shipping, delivery times, and international shipments.

Order Processing

* Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
* You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information where available.
* During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Pre-Order & Limited Edition Items

The first 300 numbered Sunmariner units are available for pre-order from 17 February 2026.

Pre-Order Timeline:

* Pre-order period: 17 Feb - 30 Apr 2026
* Estimated delivery: End of April 2026
* You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed
* A second notification will be sent when your order ships

Important Notes:

* Pre-order items are not shipped immediately
* Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to minor delays due to production or logistics
* If there are significant delays (>2 weeks beyond estimated delivery), we will notify you immediately and offer the option to cancel for a full refund
* Pre-orders cannot be combined with in-stock items - they will ship separately

After Limited Edition Sell-Out:

Once the 300 numbered pieces are sold, future production will be decided based on market response. Standard shipping times will apply to any subsequent production runs.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide to most countries. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified prior to order confirmation.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
* Hong Kong: 1–3 business days
* Asia-Pacific: 3–7 business days
* Europe / North America: 5–10 business days
* Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

* Customs clearance procedures
* Courier service disruptions
* Weather or force majeure events
* Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

* Import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes may apply depending on your country.
* These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
* The customer is responsible for all customs duties and local taxes imposed by the destination country.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and associated costs.

Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
We recommend monitoring your shipment using the tracking information provided.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:

* Deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
* Additional fees incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address details

If an order is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the item. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order but before shipment, please contact us immediately at info@mazzucatodesign.com.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@mazzucatodesign.com within 48 hours of delivery.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if tracking shows no updates for 10+ days, please contact us at info@mazzucatodesign.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the shipment is confirmed lost, offer a replacement or full refund.

Please include your order number and relevant details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
